Drawing from mind map. 

This is a symbology prompt drawing activity where you or students rank a circle, a square, a triangle, a cross, and a spiral as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Then you create a design showing your preference. 

This was free writing about one of the big ideas with a water soluable writing implement. Then re-emphasizing certain words as shown on their slides above.

iPad App Drawing

I found some fun art-making apps for the iPad the other day, so I thought I would share.

This drawing was made on Paper.

School Art

Students had to be influenced by an artist from history to create a portrait. I did the assignment with them. Extra credit to anyone who can tell me the artist that this was based on.

Justin's Insides

I am drawing a picture of a student in the style of M.C. Escher's bust which looks like a ribbon floating in the sky. I have finished his insides, and will post the rest when I'm finished.

Why I haven't been posting:
